“Fast” doesn’t have to be frozen or come from a bag. At Ripfire Pizza, every day we prove that fresh and delicious can be done quickly using only the best, high-quality ingredients.
Speaking of those ingredients, we make everything in house. Our Neapolitan-style pizzas start with all-natural dough made with Caputo flour imported from Italy. It is known as the best pizza flour in the business. The bright, tangy tomato sauce you love, is made every day using San Marzano tomatoes from Naples, Italy, imported EVOO and fresh basil & flat leaf parsley. That’s it.
Don’t forget about the cheese. We use fresh Grande Mozzarella on our signature Margherita and a blend of Mozzarella and Provolone on all of our customizable pizzas. We source fresh, local veggies and roast them in house and use only the best meats, including our own smoked, pulled chicken. And that is why we can honestly say, fresh. fired. fast.
